I agree with Patrick and thus I use the vacuum cleaner with its soft brush to clean photo equipment. I don't even touch the things with the soft brush. I use a special photo brush while running the vacuum cleaner. Dust or other tiny bits of dirt fly away and vanish immediately in the vacuum cleaner. An additional problem with compressed air is moisture: depending on the temparature and humidity of the air it is possible that you blow tiny drops of water into your equipment no matter how good the air was cleaned. christoph
