If so and they still give that kind of service I'd have a letter and e-mail off to the President of Leica in Solms asking for him to intervene on your behalf and get them to move their butts quicker. I don't care if they are looking after all the Leica gear in the world, there isn't any reason for lousy serviceing of that nature, particularly from a company with such a high profile! If you don't ask, you don't get! A very simple suggestion. :) ted
