Alistair, I saw and handled a titanium M6 for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It sure is pretty, but I agree with you that it's a little flashy. I wanted to address your comment on the leather. It's not "mock" leather, it's the actual skin of a large, flightless (and now, I presume, skinless) bird! According to Leica, it's ostrich leather, which seems rather bizzare. I don't know if the pattern of little embossed circles is a natural characteristic of bird leather or is a cosmetic enhancement. - - Paul
