One of my previous emploiers supplied an Hasselblad system for the staff to share on those occasions when 35 was not good enough. They also supplied a 400 3.5 Nikkor lens. All of us on staff treated this stuff very well going by the belief that if it belongs to someone else you treat it better than your own. All of us that is except for one fellow. This person took the Hasselblad out into a rainstorm to do one photo, a photo that could have easily been done on 35. Needless to say the ret of us were very angry when the system was trashed because of his stupidity. This guy was equally hard on his personal gear that he paid for himself. His is the only 180 I have seen with a gouge through the front element. I saw him take and throw his F3 because it jammed up on him, and many more instances of abuse. On top of this he was such a charming fellow that Nikon refused to work on his gear anymore--they kicked him out of NPS! Just goes to show you that in many instances the way a person treates his bbelongings and those of others refelects on that person in more ways than just how his camera looks.
