In particular I'm interested in the Sekonic L-328 & L-318. >Anybody have experience with either? Care to share? Also, any other brands >or models of note? Please, nothing I can't buy new, today. Sekonic makes the L-308B, which is tiny (literally pocket-sized), accurate, and offers not only incident and reflected modes thanks to a sliding diffuser dome, but also flash metering, if you care. I used it for several years in conjunction with an M4 and was very satisfied. It runs on one AA battery, approximately forever in my experience, and can be set to display either in f-stops and tenths (!) thereof, or in EV. Operation is very simple and intuitive one you get used to it. Available new from the usual sources. - -- Nick NICHOLAS HARTMANN hartmann@interaccess.com Oak Park, IL USA 73057.724@compuserve.com Technical and scientific translator: German, French, Italian -> English
