You are using an "M" body with some sort of digital recording device in the film gate. or what???? With my M6 I did several VR panoramas including the first multinode VR CD-ROM in Germany. So I think the M6 is a very good choice for this task - if combined with the 21mm lens. If somebody is interested in building a VR pano and needs some help - feel free to ask me! Maybe it's usefull to post some technical details here?!
