The publisher is Silver Pixel Press and price is 29.95 in soft cover. ISBN is 1-883403-39-1. Apparently Bartlett was a famous English (British?) printer who passed away recently. A large number of his high-quality prints can be found in Ilford's books on monochrome printing. In this book, he describes some of his techniques. This book, IMHO, is dynamite.
