Tony, I've been keeping a database of leica RF prices since March, 1996. For
the IIIC cameras I have 113 examples - the average price for a IIIc
(current) is $493.00 (body only). The range is $249 (user) to $1,449.00
(mint). The average price has increased in all months since August by about
$18.00/mo. I can't help you on the lens.

BTW, I have data for M2, M3, M4, M4-2, M4-P, IIIA, IIIC, IIIF and IIIG.
