I have no idea who makes them, but I have had two 35/1.4 APSH lens the first 
was #3659488, which showed coma wide open and I sold it.  The one I have now 
is #3670766 and it is a gem with no coma (used the dreaded "Christmas tree 
test" for both lens). These lenses are later lenses with the one aspherical 
surface produced by press forming rather than the early one with two 
aspherical surfaces formed by grinding and polishing.
     
If the second of my lenses was made by Sigma, fine for them as it is 
superior to the first one.  My impression is they were both made by Leica??? 
Interesting.
