The camera is indeed a IIIc made in 1946/47, and the lens is from 1946. 
If you are interested in old (and new!) Leicas, a good idea is to get a
copy of Gianni Rogliattis book "Leica, the first 70 years". It includes
also serial numbers up to 1992.
