Let any dealer who wishes be a party to this conspiracy so long as they do not actively market their wares. Now, if a certain author of a certain book on Zeiss and Zeiss Ikon happens to MENTION that he authored this book and that YOU TOO can buy this, for a pittance, through Tamarkin or KEH or A Photographers Place, that of course would be acceptable, too ...
