What is the point of making a joke when somebody is in trouble. Even if my problem might be simply ignorance, I think I deserve a little of respect Then Ben replied: Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicolas, there was not a SHRED of humor meant in my reply. Count the blades in the lens you are having a problem with and re-read my reply. Then, apologize to me IN PUBLIC for your totally out of control comment. No one deserves to be berated like that IN PUBLIC for sincerely trying to help you. Your problem evidently IS ignorance. Ben: I enjoy your contributions to the list (...really), but I think you need to go with the flow a little here. English is obviously not this writer's first language and he was probably not clear on your original response (e.g. I don't even know what "nonagonal" means, for example. 9-sided?). Take a look at this thread again. The guy says he's "in trouble", he admits to the possibility of his own ignorance, and he asks for "a little respect". Is this so horrible and "hot-headed" as you say in another message? You are asking him for a "PUBLIC" apology for his "totally out of control comment", you are telling him his problem is ignorance. I don't understand any of this Ben. This guy is not your enemy and neither am I. Based on the way you layed into this poor guy, I'm not sure he's the one that should do the apologizing. Save your anger for the real bad guys. John * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Sent from Designlink, San Francisco. Online Service for Creative Professionals.
