After pressing the shutter , everything is frozen with an open shutter. One have to manipulate with switching from spot -it happens mostly in the 'spot'mode- to integral, from manual to automatic, on off , and oohps everything is back to normal . My R4 had a general inspection -costs more than a used R3- and since that time the problem did not occur anymore . In this days it is called...'oh, problems with a chip'...
