Subject: Flash Terminal conversions

Does anyone  have experience or suggestions when it comes to converting the
original flash synch terminals on an M2 to current PC terminals?

I currently use an adapter to synch flash to the camera and I'm tired of
having my forehead impaled. Can this conversion be done? Can anyone
recommend a service person? Thanks for your valued feedback.
