A Gossen Pilot II selenium meter is very small, reasonably accurate,
and cheap (around $80). I've gotten accurate readings down to 1 sec,
f/2, 100ASA film with it. The Scout model has a little larger range
at the bottom end and is a bit more expensive, is only a little larger
physically.
