This is an adapter to fit Viso lenses -- which have a 67.8mm registration
for the II/IIa/III lenses -- onto an R camera.  There are three versions, of
which the last is still available new at about $185 or so.   There is
another adapter to fit R lenses onto M cameras;  this is for scale-focusing
only.
