Does anyone have experience with the 100mm Macro APO with either the 2X-R or
APO 2X-R teleconverter???  I am interested in (1) how much the 2X-R might
degrade the 100mm APO, and (2) how close the 100mm APO with the APO 2X-R at
200mm is to the 180mm/f3.4 APO????Thanks
