Joe,

My 135mm f/4.0 Tele-Elmar head has a standard Leica screw thread -- I've put
it on my Nikon bellows with a Leica thread to Nikon adaptor plate which I have.

As for a bag bellows for the Mamiya 645, I believe that there is one -- I've
seen it mentioned in their literature, but I've never seen it.  The trick,
one way or another, is to find a Mamiya bayonet to "something more common"
adaptor.
