Rather, Leica prices are driven by the cost of fine craftsmanship and a seller's market. If we are not willing to pay the cost, then we ought not to be using Leica. There are many, many, many Leica items I lust after and cannot afford: but my relative penury does not make these "overpriced", it simply reflects that I have other things to spend my money on.
