Does anyone know what adapter is needed to connect the (first-version)
135mm/2.8 Elmarit-M to Bellows II?

Any information in this regard would be appreciated.

Also, is it possible to connect the 100mm Macro Elmar-R to Bellows II. Any
plumbers out there?
