I use both of them on a couple of M3s and an M2. If you're out and about,
there's no doubt that the 90/2.8 Tele-Elmarit is the one to go for. It's
compact and very crisp even at full bore.

The 90/2 Summicron is also an excellent lens, but it weighs an awful lot
more for that extra half-stop. I tend to use it more on a tripod for
portraits. In terms of optical performance, I really can't tell the
difference.

The bad news is I'm hanging on to both of them! Good hunting.
