Subject: [Leica] traffic jam on LUG Gallery

A Chinese AI robot was flooding our gallery (
http://gallery.leica-users.org ) with requests, which brought it to its
knees. I blocked gallery access from the entire country of China and
that seems to have fixed the problem, for now.
