Thank you all for the birthday greetings. Today I turned 72, and I think 
I've earned every one of those years. I won't settle for 39.

Et merci ? mes amis francophones. Tu sais qui tu es. J'ai d?couvert 
qu'il ?tait plus facile pour moi d'?crire ? Lluis en fran?ais qu'en 
anglais, alors j'ai pris cette habitude en dialoguant avec lui. D'autres 
d'entre vous se sont joints ? vous. Merci pour les v?ux d'anniversaire.

I was on airplanes most of the day. Now that I have moved to San Diego, 
the trip to visit my mother in Maine has become longer than one day, so 
I am now in a tourist hotel along the road between Boston and Maine.

d?m?nag? ? San Diego, le voyage pour rendre visite ? ma m?re dans Maine 
est devenu plus long qu'une journ?e, je suis donc maintenant dans un
