Subject: [Leica] Mail delivery issues with MSN, Outlook, Hotmail

Microsoft blacklisted the LUG sometime last week, which meant that LUG 
mail to @msn.com, @hotmail.com, and @outlook.com was being blocked.

I believe that they have removed the blacklisting, so that mail is again 
flowing to those subscribers. I'm a little afraid that some people might 
have been auto-unsubscribed, but I'm not yet sure what to do about that.

I am working on convincing Microsoft to make this permanent. In this 
modern world, big email companies are increasingly suspicious of 
communication that does not come from other big email companies. Us 
little guys are often stepped on.
